W0EEE
Greetings,

The antenna on the W0EEE repeater (145.450 MHz, no PL required) was in
pieces on the roof of the building on campus where it is located
(Thomas Jefferson Residence Hall), so that explains why the repeater
did not work!

There was an unused antenna mounted there which I connected to the
repeater, and subsequent testing from my home shows that it works
reasonably well.  Please feel free to use it and let me know if you
notice any problems.

73,
-Joe- (K0OG)

Written by Tim Tamburrino
Wednesday, 10 June 2009

Phelps County Amateur Radio Technical Society's

Special event went bust.....

Thanks to the current Weather in Missouri (is the GORE minimum the truth?)

With trees down and damage at the site we were unable to hold the event last month.

Next try will be (probably) at the Phelps county Overlook on Highway 63 north

Near the Vichy Wye Restaurant.

discussion???

come to the meeting saturday and maybe this topic will come up as well
