Phelps County Amateur Radio Technical Society Mission:
The Phelps County Amateur Radio Technical Society exists to further amateur radio in Phelps County, Central Missouri, and beyond. Amateur radio has long been a hobby that promotes international good will and understanding, and to provide a service in times of need.
The Phelps County Amateur Radio Technical Society repeaters are located near the intersection of Highway 63 and I-44 in Rolla (1100 N. Bishop Ave), Phelps County Missouri. The tower is 110' and is based at a ground elevation of 1168'.
