The Phelps County Amateur Radio Technical Society, and The Family Amateur Radio Network Club, have been jointly operating an ATV system. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A LOCATION WE CAN MOVE TO ???? it's gotta be extremely cheap! Contact us here or by e-mail if you have space or and idea of who/what/where we need to see about the space.
