Calmer weather (for now)

It appears that the weather has calmed down since Ike came through our area. The flood warning will remain in effect until later today for Phelps County. Static levels on 20m, 30m, and 40m have decreased enough that I was able to yesterday get an Italian digital qso at 25 watts, haven't been able to go that low powered for months, hope it's a good sign!
