50 year low in the solar wind Print

50 year low in the solar wind,

or is there something wrong

with our Star?

See this article from NASA for more information and LOTS of Speculation.

As of today we Still seeing low sunspot numbers, it appears that the Solar Wind is weakening and the current cycle is not getting stronger. NASA has finally begun to note there may be problems. Solar wind is at a 50 Year low see: Nasa Teleconference,  for more information and KEEP watching this site as well.!

Slightly more information may be available here!

Keep in mind until about 1 week ago NASA didn't feel that there was anything wrong with our Sun, so suddenly things have begun to change in the scientific community or have they?

As of this time, it appears that all that can be agreeed upon is to disagree!, certainly many essays are contradictory at best, and possibly completely wrong.

It appears that we actually have a new sunspot that appeared on 9/22/08, which has brought the sunspot number up to 18 (from recent string of zeros). see the included picture below
