In these articles that I posted earlier this year and last year (2008 - 2009)

Gore Minimum something to it

Zero again

Solar Cycle Ramp up and

Say What ????

I began and have been running a small series on the Current Solar Cycle, and as of this writing the sun still shows no tendancy to start having NORMAL sunspot activity, and all of the current sunspots (since this time last year) seem to all (this cycle sunspots) be smaller and of less duration than normal.

Hmmm last time that 'Smaller than usual sunspots with short duration' seems to have co-incided wtih the 'Mini Ice age' that ended around the beginning of the 20th century or the end of the 19th century (depending on your source and their opinion)  if the size and duration continue along with the predictions that the NEXT solar cycle will certainly be less than many since 1900, (solar wind decreasing, and solar magnetism on the wane)

Read the articles, form your own opinion while I look for more info on the ongoing sunspot cycle

Thanks
